Our stay at Lake Point Motel was absolutely fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spacious, providing ample space for our group. We were pleasantly surprised to be given an extra room, which was a great bonus. The driver in our group especially loved having his own space and the huge spa tub. We were thoroughly impressed with the facilities and will certainly be recommending this motel to our family and friends. we had an excellent experience and would definitely return in the future.

An excellent motel - welcoming, helpful proprietors, clean and well equipped room. Offered complementary transport to the railway station (about 12 minutes to walk). The location near the Lake Park is a bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the town and even closer to the lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable king-sized bed. I especially appreciated the powerful shower in the bathroom, which was a great way to start my day.
While overall the hotel was great, I did notice a small detail that could be improved. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were remnants of food on the wine glasses from the previous guests.

Location - cleanliness - spacious room and bathroom (although hard to judge against standard units as we had disabled unit which had a larger bathroom and plenty of space) - good breakfast
The heater was quite noisy at anything above low.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Hamilton. the location was excellent as it was close to the Hamilton lake where I spent a lovely day on business. It was also conveniently located near the Clarence road theatre where I attended a show. The hotel was within walking distance to the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring. Additionally, I was impressed with the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated the comfortable king bed and the convenience of having kitchen facilities. Lastly, the prices were reasonable, providing good value for money.
All in all, everything was satisfactory at this hotel.

Very pleasant to deal with plus they allowed me to leave my car outside unit while on a course for the two days that I was there which was a great relief as parking is limited in that area.

Very responsive to feedback and staff go out of their way to make sure everything is right. Sunny, spacious room. Excellent parking. Excellent proximity to hospital, shops, restaurants and a lovely lake to walk around just across the road.
Nothing not to like. Second visit to the motel. This room suited our needs better than the last room in terms of sun and light.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Hamilton city center, making it easy to explore the area and visit nearby shops and supermarkets. The rooms with kitchen facilities were a great plus, allowing us to prepare our own meals and save on dining expenses. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as the wheelchair accessible bathrooms, which showed that the hotel catered to the needs of all guests.
The spa bath jets were a bit disappointing, but overall our stay was great.

Location to lake, town and hospital. Size of room. On site parking. Kitchen facilities. Good size fridge. Comfy bed.
Check in by 9pm - bit early. Noisy neighbours - unit beneath where we were. Unit a bit dark. Handbasin not located in the toilet. Late servicing of room.
